The library's 50th anniversary is this year, and I don't think it's being promoted as it should, mostly because we have no one person to do any sort of promotion and it drives me crazy.
Anyway, we've been doing some things because of this anniversary, like giving away pens and magnets and bracelets. We've also got banners up and will be having an ice cream social type thing in August.
The "Parade a' Gator Contest" is the latest thing that happened. Look at the winners and tell me that my mom's isn't better than those.
