I pass the Escape Lounge on my way to work and when I'm coming home because I usually take the same way home from work as I take to work. Of course, tomorrow I'm going to Target after work so I'll be taking a different way home. The Escape Lounge is some sort of bar. It also has video poker.

What makes this place pretty cool, though, is its changing sign. There is a church that I notice on the way to Shawn's that also has a sign that the church people are usually changing. My favorite? "Stop, drop and roll doesn't work in Hell." It's brilliant.

The Escape Lounge always catches me by surprise with its signs. A few months ago, it said "Welcome Ms. Idaho" for the longest time. One day, that changed to "Welcome Ms. Ida Ho." What a difference a space makes.

I've also learned that they serve coffee in the mornings and offer bar license exams (or something like that) daily.

And what was the sign that I saw tonight? "Read More Books." It's great because this week is National Library Week. That bar is so up on the times. If anyone is in the neighborhood of my library, you should really stop in and see our World War II/Franklin Roosevelt display. It's grand and I'm very proud of it.
