A long time ago (well, it seems like a long time ago. It was actually just June), another library supervisor told me that my job would not be hard since the actual duties of the job are pretty straightforward. She did tell me, however, that it's the balancing of the personalities of the staff that would be the hard part.

I knew she had a point back then, and man, I really understand her now.
